The Sports Utility Market is down by 0.7 per cent on July 2023 while the Light Commercial market is up by 12.8 per cent on last year’s figures. Passenger vehicles totalled 17.291 vehicles sold, an increase of 0.8 per cent on July 2023 figures.

In 2024, a total of 731,898 new vehicles have been delivered in Australia. This is an increase of 7.8 per cent compared to the same time last year. To date, SUVs have claimed 56.8 per cent of the market, Light Commercial Vehicles 21.8 per cent and Passenger vehicles 17.3 per cent.
